Aventa Ensemble 2011 / 2012 Season Announcement
Another exciting season of new music!
Aventa Ensemble 2011 / 2012 Season Announcement
We are pleased to welcome you to Aventa’s 2011/12 concert season, a collection of music that spans from the classic repertoire of Sir Peter Maxwell Davies to premieres from Canada’s Michael Oesterle, Rodney Sharman and Justin Christensen. From the irreverent mischief of Mr. Punch as realized by Britain’s Michael Finnissy, to Oliver Knussen‘s hauntingly beautiful Two Organa, this season promises to constantly engage the imagination and senses.
